Leadership

Steve Jeffery

Pastor

Pastor Steve Jeffery moved to All Saints in December 2020. He previously served as Minister at Emmanuel Church in London, England, from its founding in 2009. He co-authored Pierced for Our Transgressions (2007), a defense of the doctrine of penal substitutionary atonement, and The Cross (2012), an introduction to the message of the cross. While serving as a Minister in London, he was also a volunteer Chaplain to the Metropolitan Police in London, England. He has lectured and debated in a variety of settings including universities and conferences in the UK, Europe, and America, and has appeared on Premier Christian Radio and BBC Radio 4.

Steve serves on the board of the CREC Domestic Church Planting Network and the advisory board of the Theopolis Institute, and is a board and faculty member at thReformed Evangelical Seminary.

Steve has been married to Nicole since sometime last century, and they have three adult children – Ben, Becki, and Abi. Truth be told, it took them a while to get to Texas, and somehow they picked up a quirky accent along the way. But they’re very glad indeed to be here.

Before he became a Pastor, Steve used to be a scientist, and has a doctorate in physics from Oxford University. In his spare time you’ll normally find listening to jazz, playing chess, drinking coffee (in the morning), sipping scotch whisky (in the evening), or making things out of wood.

Geoff Shaw

Pastor

Pastor Geoff Shaw is the umpteenth Californian to move to the great state of Texas.  He arrived at All Saints in February 2023.  Before joining the CREC, he served in the Presbyterian Church in America as a Campus Minister (Reformed University Fellowship Santa Barbara), a Youth Pastor (Valley Presbyterian of North Hills), a Solo Pastor (Redeemer Presbyterian of Torrance), and a College Dean (Providence Christian College).

Geoff is married to Breanne (Valley girl transplant) and they have six growing children: Avery, Adam, Tatum, Johnny, Darcy and Emet.  He enjoys grilling (which he understands is not barbeque), camping, tinkering on his truck, exploring Fort Worth, wrestling with Emet, and following politics and football (not to be confused with futbol).

Shawn Brandt

Elder

Shawn Brandt is married to Candis, they have 10 children and a growing flock of grandchildren. He works for American Airlines and in his spare time you will find him working on home renovation projects or chasing his pack of new puppies.

Tony Douglas

Elder
Tony was born in Wyoming, but made it to Texas (after many stops) as soon as he could. As founding Elder, he joined ASPC with his family in 2008.  Dianne and Tony were married during Spring Break, 1982. They have been favored with nine lovely daughters and seven honorable sons (five of whom were adopted from Ethiopia and China); have been blessed by three virtuous daughters-in-law, a noble son-in law, and grandchildren… the number of which is expected to multiply, Lord willing, for many years to come.
Transportation Safety and Business Management have been the focus of Tony’s career. He studied at Stanford University in the Executive Education program and is a graduate of the World Journalism Institute Mid-Career Course. Tony’s spare moments most often include family events and making memories. He raises Belted Galloway cattle and tries to stay in the saddle on his Mustang, “Champ”.

Nick Demore

Deacon (Facilities)
Nick and his wife, Catharine, have been married since 2009 and are raising four children—filling their home with joy, the scent of shared meals, the clamor of young voices, and the steady rhythm of grace.
He works full-time as an air traffic controller and also raises cattle, so his days usually involve either holding patterns or broken fences, depending on the forecast. When he’s not wrangling kids or cows, Nick is diving deep into a classical Christian education to recover the kind of learning public school forgot to mention.

Nate Douglas

Deacon (Moderator)

Nate Douglas has been a member for All Saints Presbyterian Church since its founding and was ordained as a deacon in May 2019. He and his wife, Leah have four children at varying degrees of goofiness.

Nate is a co-founder of The Oaks Tutorials, a two-day a week Christian classical tutorial for homeschooling families which meets at All Saints Presbyterian Church

Nate enjoys fellowship with others and sharing beverages made from coffee, barley and corn.

Noah Douglas

Deacon (Treasurer)

Noah Douglas has been a member of ASPC since its founding. Noah and his wife Henri have been blessed with three children. He works as an estimator for a commercial construction company. When he’s not working, he spends his spare time reading and playing with his kids.

Brandon Herrera

Deacon (Security)

Brandon is married to Serene, and has worked in the finance industry for the better part of two decades. Together, they cherish a lively household filled with their six wonderful children and two dogs.

In their leisure moments, Brandon and Serene enjoy extending hospitality, opening their home for gatherings big or small. Family vacations hold a special place in their hearts, as they explore and create lasting memories in beloved destinations like Padre Island and The San Antonio River Walk.

Kyle Hintze

Deacon (Hospitality)

Kyle and his wife, Katie, have been members of All Saints Presbyterian Church since 2014. Grateful for the privilege of raising their two children within the life of the church—one now launched into the wider world, and the other still at home as they continue the work of preparing their children to walk faithfully and independently in God’s world.

Kyle works as a mechanical engineer and enjoys the hands-on challenges of woodworking, home renovation, and car repair. He’s most at home when building or fixing something—and especially when using those skills to bless others.
He and Katie are passionate about hospitality and love to open their home to friends, neighbors, and newcomers. Whether sharing a meal, lending a hand, or helping with the Sunday setup crew, Kyle counts it a privilege to serve the church and encourage a spirit of generosity and welcome in the body of Christ.

Matt Ingle

Deacon (Benevolence)

Matt Ingle is married to Jordie and has three children. He teaches at a local Classical Christian school, where he also chairs the science department and coaches football and baseball. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, camping, and traveling with his family.

Andrew Sies

Deacon (External Ministries and Missions)
Andrew Sies and his wife, Sara, have been members of All Saints Presbyterian Church since the Fall of 2023. Andrew and Sara have been blessed with two children, Sophia and Solomon. As a family, they enjoy walks, hikes and having others over.
Andrew teaches at The Oaks Tutorials and is pursuing an MDiv at the Reformed Evangelical Seminary. When not lesson planning, Andrew is most often found reading across various genres.

Jonathan Southerland

Deacon (Benevolence)
Jonathan married Emily in 2013, and they have been blessed with two enthusiastic children. Their family have been members of ASPC since 2015. Jonathan is an RN in the Cardiac Cath Lab at Texas Health Harris Southwest (which occasionally requires a dash to the hospital for emergencies).
Born in Slidell, LA, Jonathan grew up in the CREC and developed a passion to serve others through his parents' international student ministry at Southern Illinois University and their own devotion to the local Body of Christ. Jonathan has an eclectic taste in music, art and food and is not shy about sharing his opinions on them either. He also thoroughly enjoys feeding others large amounts of smoked meats or Cajun and Creole cuisine.

Tyler Turner

Pastoral Assistant

Tyler was born and raised in the middle of Sam Houston National Forest, just north of Houston. He is married to Bethany and has five children, and together they have spent their years of marriage in Texas, Turkey, and Jordan. He earned a B.B.A. from DBU, and has experience in everything from teaching and contract woodworking to riding buses around the country as a concert roadie.

Currently, while working as Pastoral Assistant at ASPC, he is working on a M.Div. from Reformed Evangelical Seminary, teaching theology to the juniors and seniors at The Oaks Tutorials, renovating a 1940’s house outside of Fort Worth, woodworking in his shop, and attempting to keep various creatures alive and thriving on his property.
